Yes, Pratham, I understand, but I'm curious about how they reached out to sellers in the initial phase. The team was so small at the time, and onboarding sellers through offline meetings at their stores must have been a long and time-consuming process, right?

by targeting small businesses, especially women entrepreneurs and resellers, through social media platforms like WhatsApp and Facebook selling groups and by word-of-mouth and network effect.
