There are several factors for this. If categorise cheating in relationships then there should be 2 types. Cheating in Broken Relationships and Cheating in Perfect Relationships. In broken Relationships, people need emotional support, psychology factors, and in some cases physical dissatisfaction. In good relationships, people look for thrill, excitement, variety, some impulse decisions. lack of self control and making it a habbit. The major factor I see in stories I heard, is Not giving time to their partners which can be because of work culture.
