I have dual side over this topic Mridul , firstly maybe what you are saying is absolutely correct - but on the other hand they do get that kind of salary too to justify it . or maybe it's just these new employee thought corporate world will be just
Yeah what you said is quite true, some employees actually have unreal expectations. Though if we compare the corporate system I think outside India is a bit better because of the good work- life- balance and of course the pay parity 🌟
