I never smoked or consumed alcohol. However, I consumed extreme levels of coffee. faced problems (gastrointestinal). Currently I watch cartoons/go out for a walk whenever am feeling low.
What types of problems have you faced, can you tell me a little?
Sure. I developed ulcers in stomach n frequent vomiting. ( I drank alteast 1ltr of americano everyday 😬)
