I think you should get a script from chatgpt and find the most curios questions that you'd like to get answers of personally. Since you are asking now, I guess it's too late and you didn't take the time before setting up appointments for the meeting.

Skincare is huge and diverse. Ask them how they segment their audience – age, skin type, concerns, etc. It’ll give you insight into how brands refine their messaging for each group.
