This maybe one of the dumbest question ever in medial, but Why brands get less interactions, engagement, and audience in social media (especially in instagram). What are all the reasons for it? Why they not even trying making a impact in social media? Or does this works like this in real, it's waste of time for them because it makes less impact? My point of view is brands can also make huge followers by serving what their audience wants instead often being a their online catalogue and updates regarding their product.

Indian brands ko lagta hai ki bas influencers ko paise do, kaam ho jayega. Par authentic engagement build karna, audience se connect karna - ye sab koi nahi karta. Phir bolte hain ki social media se ROI nahi mil raha. I mean look at Zomato.

Sach batau toh bahut saare Indian brands ka social media game ekdum tatti hai. Bas product photos daal dete hain aur sochte hain ki log khareed lenge. Itna aasan hota toh sab crorepati hote.
