On social media, this manifests in various ways, such as the pursuit of likes, followers, and validation. People often compare their lives to the curated, idealized images they see, leading to dissatisfaction and anxiety. This craving for more can be exploited by algorithms designed to keep users engaged, sometimes at the expense of their well-being. The core problem with social media lies in its human element, which is driven by insatiable desires. Less is more. Let’s embrace a standard.

Really liked it btw.. It's also on how consumers digest the information they gather from these platforms is important. For e.g., if you are looking at different entrepreneurs and getting inspired by them to do something for yourself. Or educating yourself to be better than what you are today helps. But they also need to understand that 99% do not show their vulnerable side on those platforms and always show what's good. Users need to grasp the fact that things go wrong, people cry, they have their own problems etc.,
