Companies don't give a F ! All they care is, if we are paying him 1L - he should be able to work and give me 4L atleast .. that's the mindset of any company.

no they earn more than 10× from their employees, if the package is of 10lpa they must be earning more than 1cr/year from them. And it's not just an normal assumptions it's the reality of these companies.
