5L profit within 3-6 months is pretty ambitious for a new D2C business. You’ll need insane margins, loyal customers, and a killer marketing strategy. The protein powder space is already crowded with big boys like Oziva and MuscleBlaze. Hyperlocal could work, but it's going to take real work on distribution.
