I personally really liked this "Upi circle" as it will be easier for our close ones to make payments without any hassle and I've also heard that we can put a limit of about 15000 on these payments. So i believe there won't be any misuse too. But I dislike the new way of withdrawal of cash , as it doesn't seems that much secure and wayy easy to crack through.
