Hey I am on Medial • 1y
It’s been 4 months since I launched VM Management Consulting and Advisory, and while it's still the beginning of a long journey, I’m excited to share some key updates and progress. One of the most rewarding parts of this journey has been building a team of highly skilled experts. These are some of the best people in their fields—whether it's in plant and machinery, IT solutions, or logistics. Their industry experience and insights have been invaluable in helping businesses strengthen their operations and build solid brands with strong goodwill. While we don't handle digital media directly, we’ve been guiding our clients toward the right experts. We believe in doing what we do best and leaving specialized tasks, like digital media, to those who excel in it. Our goal is to ensure businesses connect with the right partners who can help them grow. What’s been particularly encouraging is the number of family-owned businesses that have reached out to us. We've been working closely with them to set up the right resources, map out clear strategies, and create action plans that align with their long-term goals. A key focus has been resolving internal family conflicts and putting their businesses back on the right track, which has been both challenging and rewarding. Another area of focus is the PVC industry, where I’ve spent much of my career. We’ve been helping clients with everything from planning and project management to sourcing materials and manpower. The response from this sector has been really positive, and we’re continuing to deepen our expertise here. Additionally, we're now working with young entrepreneurs, guiding them from the idea stage all the way to execution. Supporting budding business owners has been a fulfilling part of our work, and we look forward to seeing their ventures succeed. In just 4 months, we've not only built a strong team but also established a growing reputation that extends beyond my name, Vijay Mahnot. I’m truly grateful to everyone who has been part of this journey so far, and I’m excited to see where we go from here. If you’re a business or an individual seeking help in any of the above domains, feel free to send us a DM, and we’ll take care of the rest. #VijaySays #StanfordSeed #IIM #ISB #CII #IMA #DalyCollege #AscentFoundation
