Hey I am on Medial • 1y

Hi everyone, we all have seen alot of cases regarding women safety. I have an idea but i have lack of resources and have no support and mentor. But idea is unlike every app exist in the market. So should I try to get resources first and then start or seek for help and support and get some money from seed funding scheme of govt. I don't know what to do. Because IT person will be required to develop the app and it is one of the highest cost thing.
