Hi I need some suggestions. Whether I should do BTech in AI and ML or BTech in CS and learn AI and ML through online??

Hi, I'm a 2022 Btech CS grad. Appeared for GATE 2nd time. Have been wanting to join the workforce, I do coding mainly in C++ and python and I know basic frontend development ( HTML, CSS ). Is there any chance I can start my career right now.

So my question is currently I am pursuing ai ml degree (btech) and I am afraid that ai will take over my job . So should I change my track or ai can't takeover aiml engineer's skill?? Is Ai causing unemployment or causing development 🤔??
