When I was in my 20s, I worked tirelessly to the point where experiencing frequent ‘Burnouts’ became a common thing in my day-to-day life; I often ended up sacrificing sleep and health in the name of success. The more I pushed, the more I realized that hustle alone wasn’t sustainable. It was a wake-up call—our 20s are a critical yet fragile time. Balancing health with career ambition can feel overwhelming, and hustle culture often pushes us to the edge. That’s why getting the right advice during this stage is so important. If I could go back and share wisdom with my younger self, here’s what I would say: - Prioritize health and strive for better sleep and a healthy body. It’s the foundation for everything else. - Fail fast, but always learn from every setback. Growth happens when you step outside your comfort zone. - Take calculated risks early—comfort zones won’t build empires. - Travel and explore the world. It is one of the most refreshing and liberating experiences out there. - Invest in yourself—skills and time are your most valuable assets. - Build genuine relationships. These connections will shape your future success. These are lessons from my 15+ years in sales, customer service, and business. They’ve shaped the path I walk today.
