Hey I am on Medial • 1y

I am now on a WFH Job currently and its going to be for another 6 to 8 months. In this 6 to 8 mo the I am planning to build a side hustle or a side business. But what I worry or I get thought about is Why I should work so hard? What about my health, and my eye health also will be damaged if I work for so long hours? etc... And my major concerns is only in health aspect. I am 21 right now. Can somebody give advice for me?

Side hustle ko zyada time mat do, thoda balance rakhna zaroori hai. 2-3 hours daily sufficient ho sakte hain

Health over hustle is the mantra. Agar eyes ka strain ya back pain ho raha hai, toh apni workspace ko ergonomic banao. Small changes can make a huge difference

I do believe it would be native to think that health is stopping you you are 21 and working addtional hours ain't gonna ruin your health like you can start working out after 6 months ?? so to be really honest just do push ups if you are concerned you are young and your body has the capability right now to pull this off and you also have the opportunity think about being 30 having family responsibility with a body which is not that young you won't be able to work long hours at that time until you are super fit so I Don't think it a very valid reason to be honest. yeah if you don't care about working on a side hustle that's a diff.. story
