Hey guys, recently I had this moment while watching a documentary, and it really hit me. It’s like, if we just zoom out for a second, what I noticed where most people struggle is not because they aren’t talented or innovative. It’s because they’re not following the trend. Think about it—being good is great, but are you trending? That’s the key. Imagine there are people lined up, waiting outside for you to sell your product. That’s what being “trending” really means. It's like, right now AI is trending, right? So if you create something related to AI but with your own twist, people will actually want to buy from you. The thing is, it’s not just about being original; it’s about understanding what people are actually looking for, what they need. I also heard something recently that stuck with me—every great product has competitors, but that doesn’t mean they’re copies. It’s just that multiple products can have similar functions, yet each one brings something unique to the table. So when people ask if something’s a copy, the answer is no. It’s just part of the trend, and that’s how things evolve. But let me tell you one thing—following the trend is crucial, but don’t jump into a "Red Sea," meaning don’t enter a market that’s overly saturated where millions are already waiting to compete. Instead, find your "Blue Sea," where you can stand out and offer something slightly different. Here’s the reality: a lot of us are so caught up in work, in running our businesses, that we don’t spend enough time learning new things. That’s one of the biggest problems. If you’ve got some free time, take an hour—learn something new, expand your knowledge. That’s how you stay ahead. Now, let me give you a quick example: let’s say there’s a guy named Ram. Ram has a product that no one else is offering. It might seem risky at first, but the question is, does Ram’s product solve a real problem? If yes, then he’s on the right track, even if it takes a bit more time to get traction. When I work with someone and they ask if their product is good, I call in my network—salespeople, other business folks—to get feedback. They give me the real deal, and I adjust based on that. It’s part of the process—knowing if your product will work in the market. A lot of companies have come and gone, like those from the 90s during the dot-com bubble crash. But today, it’s all about keeping up with trends. And right now, AI is that trend. So, if you know AI is the future, what are you doing about it? People like me and others are already working on it. It’s about being ahead, not just waiting around. So, don’t ignore what’s happening around you. Follow the trends, be smart about your moves, and never stop learning. That's what I wanted to share today—hope it resonates with you. ~ Kadam
