The Spirit of the Unstoppables India has again proven its worth on the global stage, winning seven gold medals at the 2024 Paris Paralympics. This year’s Paralympics not only broke records but also redefined the words perseverance and willpower. This is a clear testament that if we can win over our minds, no problem in the world can limit us. Although this Paralympics got hardly any media coverage in India, it showcased the incredible talent and inspiring stories of athletes overcoming immense challenges. 1) Avani Lekhara, defended her Gold in the Women’s 10m Air Rifle SH1 and set a new paralympic record as well. At just 11 years old, she suffered a severe spine injury but that did not stop her. A true inspiration to millions shows us that no setback is too great to overcome. 2) Sumit Antil, the man who broke his own world record thrice in the Men’s Javelin Throw F64 with a mindblowing throw. 3) Harvinder Singh became India’s first Paralympic gold medalist in archery. It shows that precision and passion know no bounds. 4) Dharambir set an Asian record in the men’s Club Throw F51 and Praveen Kumar won gold in the High Jump T64, adding to India’s success. One thing to remember that these are not just medals but are powerful stories of determination and unwavering belief. It is a testimonial to the fact that greatness lies within each one of us. The challenges that these athletes faced throughout their life, became their pillars to success. Though it was long and arduous, it led them to their destined haven. I can only imagine the sheer toughness of their path, the countless obstacles they faced, and the multitude of non-believers who doubted them. These epic journeys fuel my determination to press on every single day. #FounderLife #Entrepreneurship #Startup #VentureCapital #Founders #Investments
