First International Ai Treaty
So On Sep 5, the USA, EU, and UK signed the "Council of Europeโs Framework Convention on Artificial Intelligence", marking the first legal international treaty on AI.
The major points written in this treaty are

That would surely happen, as government regulations is probobly the number 1 killer for a business. And anyways ai startup requires funding in millions so VCs would think twice before investing in such startup (slowing down funding)
