Dude, don’t go crazy with your budget. You can start a cloud kitchen with as low as ₹5-10 lakhs depending on location, equipment, and staff. Focus on delivery, packaging, and a strong menu. Rent a small space; you don’t need to spend on prime locations since it’s delivery-based.
