See it's not about analysing each of every detail of it. It's simply researching why a particular person/company made/didn't made a dicision. Like why did Elon didn't join as the board member of Twiiter. If we would have researched about it, we might have got to know about the 14.9% rule and may have guessed that he is buying twiiter. Same applies to all other events. If not paying attention to every small detail, atleast just research about a big decision we don't know about
