Agritech is tough, validation of Idea among farmers if tough because of their reluctancy to reply properly, identifying and connecting with right farmers is itself a challenge.

Most Indian farmers own small plots of land. They don't have the scale to justify buying expensive equipment. Plus, getting enough farmers to pool resources for shared equipment is a logistical nightmare.
