Paid up capital is the money received from the shareholders and the money that is not borrowed. Authorised capital is the amount that the company is allowed to raise.

We have to allow paid up capitalat the time of company registration so if we allow as low as 1000 rs for paid up capital will it be any issue. As there is not any rules of minimum paid up capital

Earlier there used be a minimum limit of Rs 1 lakh but now there isn't any minimum requirement. However, in the general practice we incorporate tge company with a minimum of Rs 1L paid up capital. In crux, its just in practice and not mandated by law.
