I need your views on this. Yesterday I along with my friends went to a nearby mall at evening around 7pm, there is full rain except 6:30pm to 8pm , there we bought a pizza. The minimum price of the pizza is 199 and our order no is 79 and I saw there only 5 staff working and I have done some math if we consider avg orders are 100 and avg order value RS 250 that sums up to RS 25000. If the rent salaries and other expenses add upto 15k per day there is 10k profit ( idk how much is the rent and salaries I took an assumption) not to forget it was a rainy day. And the main point is I saw a food court space for rent/lease in the same mall beside the pizza court. Will I be able to get profit if I start a food business there? Can I take a food franchise and ste it up there, will this work? What will be the process?
