In cabs company like blu smart , and snap e will do the same with 4 wheelers , They also work like join company, pick the bike and paid accordingly there ride , And the cancellation policy not for the customer, main problem is now day driver demand extra charges upto the fare and if the customer dine they use to cancel the booking. For ev bike company can use swappable battery bike

Lending vechiles is not a problem what I said the problem is the fixed salaries of the riders And also you can't remove the cancellation feature as the data says around 20% rides are cancelled by customers so what about those customer, why not instead prevent riders from cancelling rides but then again you will face problem if your rider reaches the pickup location and customer does not

Just got scammed by ola bike , actual fare was 32rs but idk how but when reached I was charged 92 rs. Distance was just 1.5 km When are these scams gonna stop 🛑? Just fed up of this app #ola No customer service ❌
