If your company become big and he decided someday to remove you from ceo postion then he can easily remove you by taking support of investors equity even force you to sign equity buyback agreement. According to my knowledge ceo should have 70-80 % of equity for taking strong decision also giving 20-25 to founder is okay and 10-15% to Investors but every ceo needs to understand that at the end of the day the he needs 60% equity in the company
