Partially yes. Take example of almost all companies that it Tesla, Facebook, Google. All these companies were started and managed for a long by the founders who actually started it. What i mean is, that example of Elon Musk, he is not any MBA or something. He is Just a self learnt man who just focused on making the products (first x.com, then tesla, spaceX,). So can't say exactly but it may be true
