From the past week I was obsessing on how Elon musk was so productive ? I wanted to know the strategies or framework he is following to be so productive. so I started searching for it. After lot of research I found the answer. I would like to share it with you all. #1 He followed *Serial laser sharp attention* now what does that mean ? I'll explain. So as well know he runs 6 companies and it is highly impossible for him to focus one company at a time. He keeps getting calls and emails across the companies every day. for eg: He will be in a meeting with TESLA execs in between the meeting he will be getting calls from spaceX team to handle a problem. now here is where musk switches on his "Serial laser sharp attention* what does he do ? After the meeting with Tesla team he immediately gets on a call with SpaceX team and forgets about Tesla until the problem is fixed, that's what he does. He literally will switch on the hat of spaceX CEO and forgets the TESLA problems. Rather than focusing on one company at a time he focuses on one problem At a time in the same day. While he is solving one problem at a time he does not get distracted that's the secret to his productivity. So musk when he is focusing on one problem he does not get distracted he stays focused until they come to a solution that the secret. so lesson : Focus on one problem at a time. and dont get distracted until it is fixed.
