Zepto/Blinkit should add a feature to auto-place order once the demand surge ends.
As a user, I don’t want to keep checking the app.
This could also increase cart conversions — many users won’t bother checking another app to see if it's delivering(

So Zepto have recently announced Zepto Cafe, separate app for it's 10 Min Food business.
Now while it looks as if it's just a way to compete with Zomato and Swiggy. There is probably more to this story.
