Is it mandatory to make startups on solving problems can't we make something that provide fun and joy to use

I would suggest all biggest companies use that type of technologies by which ... work will be faster but employment will not decrease .... This would be right?...

It might be controversial but building websites is obviously more fun than solving DSA questions.
