Because who needs sleep when you can endlessly scroll through job boards with 69% of employers struggling to find qualified candidates—yet somehow can't seem to find me?! 😒 Let's not forget that even during a global talent shortage, finding a paid remote internship feels like searching for WiFi in the middle of nowhere.
