I think the use cases for both are different. I open Amazon for high ticket items, whereas quick commerce is still a novelty

But once zepto starts delivery high ticket items you will but those too from zepto. Some people have started using quickcommerce to buy items like electronics, sports items from zepto, blinkit because it's available. Amazon will become absolute if everything which is available there becomes available on quickcommerce. People will always shift to a better product over time if it's even some percent cheaper or faster.
