Not feasible and even if feasible, how are you going to cover your overhead costs for vans/dark stores, delivery partners etc. Maybe it is possible if you partner with existing kirana stores, get them onboard and use them as a dark store. Based on location, products would be shown from the nearest kirana store and you just facilitate it but then quality control would be an issue and you don't know the Kirana's speed for packing up products for shipping, or if you partner with Kiranas to go completely online and sell exclusively for your platform. (Kind of a franchise) With your gig workers making the operations efficient and also the delivery but then you'll have to go for batch deliveries which would kill the original idea of 5 mins delivery. All in all, I think I speak for everyone when I say, we can wait for 10 mins for 5 kg Atta and good day biscuit.
