People are Crazy Behind Self Help Books. Biographies, Philosophy,Fiction are far far better than them, not totally neglecting self help but , they are so overhyped. Fictions makes up your imagination. Biographies tells you how did great people actually on it. Philosophy makes your Personality. Self helps are good too but are overrated today.

All i have seen excerpts from in wanna be readers social media has made me feel like ye kitni shallow and surface level thinking hai. It's not that deep yaar. Kitni books hai poetries, good literature from the past, science and astronomy ke upar bhi. the universe and the soul is so vast and there is so much to read about but bass subah 4 baje uth ke cold plunge lena laga rakha hai. Chheeee sasuurrr.

Yaar i toh think people just self help to post on social media. kaunsa ye sab padhne se log sahi mein apply kar rahe hai. Bass khudko lagta hai ki help le rahe hai toh sahi raah pe hai. Nahi hai bhai, khudse jhoot bolna chhodo.
