Ola, Rapido and Uber also face the same issue. Driver asks the customer to cancel the ride and pay the same/lesser amount. But Uber asks the customer to pay fine for cancelation. Whereas Ola and Rapido don't. But expecting the customer to pay fine everything they cancel the ride is also a con.

I just noticed one thing Rapido offers the same PIN for every ride before your ride begins which is so easy to remember now I can't forget it at all whereas other apps like Uber and Ola offer unique OTPs everytime. Why Rapido does that? I don't kno
