Do we need a new spotify from India? Because it is declining now

No, the niche is stagnant and can't be changed drastically. I myself stopped using Spotify as I switched my playlist to YT Music as my premium subscription handles my YT videos and music needs just fine. Instead of Spotify, I feel like there should be something like Soundcloud for Indians which promotes independent artists more and gives them a platform to grow.
