I have an one startup idea which make revolution in real estate sector. I want to create platform were common middle class people's invest in commercial properties with sharing ownership and enjoys rental benefits.
Too early for India as our mutual fund penetration is low even though it is increasing very fast. So I think after maximum people aware and invest in mutual fund then they will look for alternatives or to diversify their portfolio with new things like REITS.
