What are the average returns of REITs in India? How can you surpass the returns of REITs with a low ticket price? Why should one choose REITs over a mutual fund? If the ticket price is high for REITs, why not invest in mutual funds that invest in REITs? If you’re focusing on regular payments, aren’t there safer options like bonds? Many people are interested in dividends. I'm not trying to challenge you, just curious about these questions.
