What are the average returns of REITs in India? How can you surpass the returns of REITs with a low ticket price? Why should one choose REITs over a mutual fund? If the ticket price is high for REITs, why not invest in mutual funds that invest in REITs? If you’re focusing on regular payments, aren’t there safer options like bonds? Many people are interested in dividends. I'm not trying to challenge you, just curious about these questions.

Can you please explain…How are you going to help the middle class purchasing in their dream investment? Like they are already in such a mentality where they barely spend a money on platforms…How would you attend and expain them? Rather they could go with their neighbours, relatives or any Real Estate agents advice and will do all the work physically…
