Yes, this is good idea. but the property belongs to the hotel owner itself. They have both the chances to get bookings through OYO and offline also. So, they have the right to do that. If OYO implement auditing kind of things, then they might loose the customers, because OYO is also depending on the properties. I mean, it brings some misunderstandings between hotel and OYO. we have to solve it in a empathetic way.
