The telephone was a scientific innovation, not a product but it was a revolutionary innovation that would be needed badly, and it was not the Bell that made the Telephone accessible it was telephone companies that made it popular As an entrepreneur, I always seek for the opportunity in innovative solutions and make them available/accessible to a large sum of people in what a start-up does to make the world a better place.
