Hi Aditya, thanks for sharing your expertise. I'm helping house wife and retried folks to build a lucrative and generational side incoming in real estate. I've gathered 10 folks who will be investing 3k each and help me build a landing page with CTA to WhatsApp by running ads on Google and Facebook. plan is to collect the leads distribute the leads within the 10 investor and make them follow up with the prospect and whenever a profit is made it will be distributed equally. the leads which was not converted the other member from the group will follow up and will keep on doing it until the last person has tried it's luck, we are even planning to run email campaigns and WhatsApp DM posts to those prospects who interacted with the ad. what do you think is this a good idea to start and scale?

Hey Adtiya, I'm a recent graduate from IITGN and currently developing a new sensor device for a electronic hardware product (imagine a new class of Tablet devices) but the problem boils down to unit economics. See with the customisation I'll require to integrate the sensor device (applying for a provisional patent rn) into the existing tablet designs is a lot and initially coming up with a unit economics that makes sense for anyone to buy doesn't make sense, else I might have to start selling the product initially at a loss, now granted in the long run, this makes it profitable but how do I start? How do I even start building the first 10 pieces? I have identified and surveyed the market and it is very promising but building the first 5 to 10 pieces....this is where I am stuck. Any advice on how to go about this problem?
