There is a filter in fiverr where I can select my preferred country as India and get only Indian freelancer. As a end user I want to get my quality work done at a best price. So, I can get such freelancers from Pakistan, Bangladesh who are sometimes cheaper than Indian freelancers. From freelancer point of view, they will try to target western country client because in most of the cases they pay more for a piece of work compared to Indian client. In conclusion what you are proposing might be a good case in certain cases but considering these points fiverr and other platforms provide these value proposition. The one major differentiation you will have is from your product both the parties will be saving money in Foreign currency exchange charges😊. This was my point of view...
