100% Agreed and also I feel people coming from small cities are way to easy to exploit. They feel 20k is such a good salary and companies squeeze work from them.

Rather than adding a separate layer, embedding these elements into degree programs could be more efficient. It's also worth considering that different fields may need different approaches.

Graduates unemployment has more to do with current business environment, than the weakness of education system. Nevertheless, Indian education needs improvement, and most students are not job ready, internships can be of better help than courses
