One potential solution is to encourage capable students with business ideas, skills in marketing, sales, software, design, content creation, and leadership qualities to consider starting their own businesses. By forming strong, skilled teams, we can not only create opportunities for ourselves but also provide a foundation for future generations to build successful careers.
