People who used Netbeans IDE are the ones who often find Android Dev easy, due to their past acquaintance in programming GUI components and interactions via Java files. If not easy, atleast they can adapt quickly. Also, I feel there is no need of Figma UI/UX in Android or iOS build since Android Studio gives a pretty realtime renderer of the positions of GUI elements in xml files inside res/layout whose interactions are defined in kotlin or java inside src directory, mostly MainActivity & its supporting files.
