Everyone wants to be a founder. Few understand the cost.
Reality check:
1.99% of startups fail. Your odds are likely worse.
2. Ideas are worthless. Execution is everything.
3. Most "revolutionary" ideas are incremental at best.
4. Founder life:
If you'll not love your employees and treat them well, they'll get it from someone else and give their šÆ to them just like a relationship
