I heard lots of celebrities are adopting vegan diet even Virat Kohli is vegan but the main problem is high protein vegan diet is expensive but according to research there is no such proofs that shows that veganism is making men infertile and less masculine . It's all about how you following your diet also Indian's don't know much options of Protein and that's why they think that vegetarianism has less protein options
