Agreed with your thoughts and i am Also finding way to create meat products withouts killing animals but the main problem is affordability and that's not the final menu , i created lots of formulation and products according to Indian eating habits and demographic needs also thinking about plant based meat and definitely I will add 2-3 non veg items also
