I have a problem! I stay in hostel & has been hitting gym for past 2 months, protein adequate diet has been my biggest issue throughout my journey buz mess food does not meet my protein requirements. Also making food from myself is actually a hassle as a medical student i dont get much time. Also there are literally no healthy options(canteens filled with cola,chips,samosa etc๐ฅ) If anyone is working in food sector, plz look into this, buz fitness is becoming mainstream nowadays specially in college students. If only there were healthier options and yes i am ready to pay the premium!!
