Worse deal, considering the offer of $8M valuation at 25% equity for $2M, the current ARR(Annual RunRate) of the company is $2.4M and considering the market is expanding at 2X rate y-o-y(min.) , they company will take around 3 years to reach that valuation. So my take is to not dissolve quarter of the company ownership at such lesser valuation instead negotiate or wait for a better offer.
